1. Agreement

By accessing the Akili Talent website or engaging our services, you agree to the terms set out on this page. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Akili Talent provides embedded customer experience talent services to e-commerce brands. The specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and terms of any engagement are set out in the individual proposal and agreement provided to each client prior to the start of any pilot or ongoing work.

The information on this website is for general reference only and does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of specific outcomes.

3. The Pilot Engagement

Every Akili Talent engagement begins with a structured 30-day pilot. The terms of the pilot, including the pilot fee, scope of work, reporting structure, and decision point process, are detailed in the written proposal provided before the pilot begins.

At the end of the 30-day pilot, the client may choose to continue, upgrade, adjust scope, or exit. No penalty applies to exiting at the conclusion of the pilot period.

4. Ongoing Engagements

For clients who continue beyond the pilot: Akili CX Core operates on a flexible basis with no minimum term. Akili CX Plus operates on a monthly rolling basis. Akili CX Intelligence is structured by mutual agreement and documented in a separate engagement letter.

Notice periods and continuation terms are specified in each client's individual agreement.

5. Payment

Payment terms are specified in each client's proposal and engagement agreement. Invoices are issued according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in a pause of services after reasonable notice.

6. Confidentiality

Akili Talent treats all client information, including brand materials, customer data, operational processes, and business performance data, as strictly confidential. We do not share client information with third parties except as required to deliver the agreed service.

Clients agree to treat any Akili Talent materials, processes, and proprietary frameworks shared during the engagement as confidential.

7. Intellectual Property

Any materials, templates, or frameworks developed by Akili Talent prior to an engagement remain the property of Akili Talent. Materials created specifically for a client during an engagement, including custom response templates and brand guides, are the property of the client upon full payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

Akili Talent delivers services with care and to the agreed standard. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, including customer satisfaction scores, revenue results, or customer retention rates, except where outcome-linked pricing has been agreed in writing.

Our liability in any situation is limited to the value of the fees paid for the relevant engagement period.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
